Each of us at some point will most likely face emotionally challenging family dynamics and transitions.

How do we stay grounded in ourselves in the midst?

How do we move through these experiences peacefully, and centered?

I’m here to help women stay connected to themselves while navigating the emotional      complexities of adult family relationships during life’s biggest transitions.

Our work together will help you to:

=

Reconnect you to your truest self—your values, needs, and inner compass.

=

Understand your family relationships and the lifelong roles and patterns that have shaped them.

=

Learn to see your family members through a lens of curiosity and compassionu to your truest self—your values, needs, and inner compass.

=

Create boundaries that reflect what is yours to carry—and what is not.

=

Find peace when family conflict persists.

=

Reclaim your life so you can move forward with clarity and expansiveness.

What the process looks like.  . .

Positive Inquiry

Together we create a thoughtful compassionate space where you can slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with your own inner wisdom

I’m Alyson

Hi, thank you for following your curiosity to know me better. My journey has been full….so far. Surely, more is to come.

Marriage, career, kids, a beautiful home….I set my life up well, honorably.

But apparently there was more for me, and after thirty three years into my marriage, I released myself to follow what was beckoning.
