Here, in part, is my entry: Markham was all about ridiculous sunsets, connecting with the fire I created, meditated to, listened to, cleaned up after, was WARMED by - its glow and its heat. Me, a beach water girl appreciated this time to tap into my sacral chakra - and the dedication to crawling through, dislodging what’s stuck inside me to rage my stories out - soon to be unstoppable. I know myself better from these last 10 days on top of this world that is Markham.

It happened….
I followed my Godspark that came on 11/28/2023, committed to on 12/1/2023, and it unfolded this last weekend. 🙌🏻
We came together and authentically connected, leaving centered, encouraged, ready to do great things - the sparks within us ignited to live inspired, intentional.

We were treated to a cooking lesson and passion created meal by chef @youronlyhari
and
a life affirming, soul care meditation “I Am Always Here” by beautiful

I am satisfied and ready to jump into 2024✨

As I am about to complete my training for my Life Coach Certification, I embark on a new, focused journey of encouraging others to live their best selves. This will be the first of what I hope will be a series of regularly scheduled small group, one day or weekend retreats/workshops to continue in the theme of living with intention and more present.
And so - the💰💰COST💰💰 of my first offering will simply be to cover food expenses! And, in lieu of a retreat fee to support me in this new endeavor, you may contribute whatever feels right at the conclusion of our time together.
This will be a small, intimate group - one spot available.

When I went to write in my journal today, I was caught a bit off guard to see that we’re in the last month of the year. It gave me pause and made me wonder why it mattered to me. After some pondering, and reflecting back on 2023, I think it’s partly because I began this year with INTENTION. This last January, my goals and dreams were imagined, created, written down and committed to with a small group of mighty women to witness them.

I’ve decided to host a weekend retreat/workshop this coming January. It will be an intimate group of only 4, where we will set ourselves up with intention for 2024.
